Our happy herbalist has lovingly selected powerful herbs to help improve your digestion.
A combination of ginger and marshmallow root stimulates, warms and lines the stomach protecting it from acidity, whilst peppermint, chamomile, and lemongrass has a soothing and calming effect on the stomach.
Our herbs are all organic and where possible sourced from Australian growers.
How to brew: bring 350ml water to boil and steep 1 tsp of herb for 5-10min. Strain and enjoy. Best enjoyed 30 min before food or 30 min after food.
