Our happy herbalist has lovingly selected powerful herbs to help keep your immune system strong.
A combination of echinacea, siberian ginseng and ginger boosts white blood cells which help the body fight infections, whilst, lemongrass and spearmint helps soothe aching joints, reduces inflammation and fever.
Our herbs are all organic and where possible sourced from Australian growers.
How to brew: bring 350ml water to boil and steep 1 tsp of herb for 5-10min. Strain and enjoy. For a stronger infusion, you may use 2 tsp of herb. Best enjoyed any time.
