Green Tea contains powerful anti-oxidants (EGCG) that help boost your metabolism. A combination of Raspberry Leaf, Sencha Leaf and Green Tea  can help metabolise fat from fat cells. 

Our herbs are all organic and where possible sourced from Australian growers. 

How to brew: bring 350ml water to boil and steep 1 tsp of herb for 5-10min. Strain and enjoy. For a stronger infusion, you may use 2 tsp of herb. Best enjoyed 1 hour prior to meals or exercise.
